Empire Americana - Country, Rock, Folk Music Festival
About
Born in the high mountains of Colorado 45 minutes west of Denver, Empire Americana is a festival celebrating country, rock and folk music.

There will be music, dancing, food, drinks and camping.  So get yourself to the high country, kick back and let the good times roll.

Andy Palmer  -  2 PM
The Yawpers  -  8:30 PM
Gates close, lights out, camp, sing, have fun  -  10 PM

Times and order are subject to change depending on the weather and other unforeseen events. But Empire Americana will go rain or shine and is prepared with a large festival tent and several smaller tents for shade or rain if needed.

From Denver, 45 minutes west on Interstate 70, Exit 232 then 2 miles west on Highway 40 to Empire, Colorado.  Left on South Main Street, 0.25 miles to Cemetery Road.

From Silverthorne, 30 minutes east on Interstate 70, Exit 232 then 2 miles west on Highway 40 to Empire, Colorado.  Left on South Main Street, 0.25 miles to Cemetery Road.

From Winter Park, 30 minutes east on Highway 40 to Empire, Colorado.  Right on South Main Street, 0.25 miles to Cemetery Road.

Camping
Free camping with your music pass so don't drink and drive.  Don't rush back to reality or the city.  Enjoy great music, the mountains and make new friends. 

At this time, only tent camping is being offered.  All campers and people just hanging out at camp will be required to have a festival wristband.

There will be community campfires and picnic tables at camp.  So hang out, tell some stories, play some music and make yourselves at home.

Campsite jamming and picking music sessions are encouraged.

Please know with every ticket purchase all ticket holders HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the promoters, participants, sanctioning organizations or any subdivision thereof, any organizers, rescue personnel, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the EVENT, premises and event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or EVENT and each of them, their directors, officers, agents and employees, all for the purpose herein referred to as “Releasees,” FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFOR ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELTED TO THE EVENT(S), WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
Ticket holders HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees and each of them FROM ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, OR COST they may incur arising out of or related to the EVENT WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
Ticket holder HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE arising out of or related to the EVENT whether caused by the NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise.
